From bartcop.com:

"You're not going to believe how cool this is . . . a Chinaco belt buckle. Now, it's my guess that any silversmith can get a picture...can somehow forge a picture...of a rider on a horse. But that's not what this is. He did an absolutely perfect job. If you want an idea of the quality of the work this guy does...check out the picture that's on the website...Issue 1075 . . .

It is remarkable. I don’t even know how he did it…. You know there's a little picture on the bottle...the rider holding something in his hand on horseback...This work is immaculate, if that’s a word you use to describe silversmithing. Anyway, he does extremely good work...If he can create this perfect Chinaco belt buckle, I'm pretty sure he can create whatever you need for your purposes."

Dear Mick:

We just received the pin and must say
that we are quite pleased with
the outcome. It is absolutely wonderful!
The detail is amazing and the logo
turned out great. It is truly a piece
of high quality, uniqueness, and
artistic creativity. The Board member
who will be receiving this pin as a
gift for long time service will
be truly overwhelmed by it. . . .

Thank you again for taking our
ideas and creating this pin into a
beautiful piece of art! You are truly a
talented artist and silversmith!

Sincerely,
Laney

Dear Mr. Rasley:

Mr. Charles Leidig informs me that you are the artist/silversmith responsible for who
created the silver bolo tie depicting
J.W. Powell in the Grand Canyon. The
result is an incredible work depicting both
history and nature. I am both pleased and
impressed with your creation - a unique work
of art.

Enclosed is an 8x10 glossy color photograph
of your silverwork. Perhaps it can remind you
of the project and enable you to create
additional original works.

Again, thanks for your artistic creation.

Sincerely,

Troy L. Pewe
