I'm a fool for pool

3-ball, 9-ball, pea pool & eight,

snooker, billiards, golf or straight.

There’re bankshots, caroms,

combos, masse,

I don’t care as long as I play.

The planning, position,

the patter, the pot.

I really don’t care

if I beat you or not.

The challenge, the jokes,

the play, the game.

Rack ‘em, break ‘em,

no two are the

same.

The felt, the cushions,

the cue, the chalk.

So put down a wager, or go

take a walk.
